The bus stop is right across the street, with great connections to Palma, and it's easy to reach the hotel from the airport by public transport or a taxi arranged by the hotel.
There is no hotel parking; you need to use nearby street or public parking a short walk (around 200–250 m) from the hotel, and spaces can be limited so plan accordingly.
The hotel has a small plunge pool, though some guests chose not to use it and noted that on sunny days it can be hard to find a spot to relax by the pool.
Try the local fish restaurant just a few doors down or Parada Del Mar a short walk away for fresh seafood at good prices.
The complimentary breakfast is a good light option if you're not very hungry in the morning.
Across the street from the hotel is an excellent Joan Miró sculpture garden worth a visit.
From the nearby 110 bus stop you can connect to the scenic train to Sóller and tram to Port Sóller for a great day trip.
Rooms with a separate seating area are especially comfortable and worth requesting.
Overall, some guests felt the stay did not offer good value for the price.
Europcar at the nearby Porto Pi mall is convenient for renting a car, with easy access to main roads for exploring the island.

You step into Belle Marivent Mediterranean Petit Hotel and first notice how compact and calm it feels compared with central Palma’s bustle. Clean lines, pale stone and soft blues give it a modern Mediterranean look, with plenty of glass letting in the sea light. Head up and you’ll find the small rooftop pool and sun terrace, where the view takes in Cala Major’s rooftops and a slice of coastline rather than noisy roads.
The hotel sits in a residential pocket of Cala Major, about a 10-minute walk from Cala Major Beach and roughly 12 km from Palma de Mallorca Airport. You’re close to the Miró Mallorca Foundation and Mallorca Casino, and regular buses run into Palma’s old town in around 15–20 minutes. Inside, rooms are air-conditioned and practical, with minibars, desks, balconies and smart bathrooms with bathrobes and slippers; some are set up for families. There’s a compact spa with sauna, a basic fitness area, bike rental, and a 24-hour front desk plus concierge for tours and boat trips.
Belle Marivent suits couples and small families who want beach access and a rooftop pool without committing to a huge resort. It’s not a party spot and there’s no on-site restaurant for big evening meals, so plan on using nearby cafés and chiringuitos. Book it if you like the idea of a quiet, modern base near Cala Major with easy bus links into Palma.
